General Information Regarding Online Ordering Process

  • All products listed on this site are available to be sized at Roy's Enterprise business location.
  • Orders placed through this website will be available for pickup at Roy's Enterprise Business location. Shipping is available at additional cost
  • In order to pick up your order a printed receipt must be provided along with photo ID
  • Orders received prior to the season will not be available until just before play commences or a minimum of 3 weeks. During the season orders require approximately 3 weeks to complete depending on stock availability.
  • Notification of order completion will be done through the e-mail you enter during the purchasing process.
  • If shipping is requested it will be calculated and invoiced at time of order completion.
  • Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to pick up or shipping of the order
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any products. It is the customers responsibility to ensure correctness of all aspects of order including sizing prior to placing the order
